Anthurium Crystallinum is a stunning tropical plant prized for its large, heart-shaped leaves that have a velvety texture and striking white veins. The foliage is typically dark green, creating a dramatic contrast with the prominent veins. This plant is highly valued by collectors and indoor plant enthusiasts for its exotic appearance and decorative appeal.

Prefers bright, indirect light. Can tolerate lower light levels but will grow more slowly. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Use distilled or rainwater to avoid mineral build-up, which can harm the plant.

Thrives in high humidity levels (60-80%). Use a humidifier, pebble tray, or mist the plant regularly to increase humidity.

Ideal temperature range:18-27°C.

Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 15°C.

Feed with a balanced, water-soluble fertiliser every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Use a fertiliser formulated for aroids or foliage plants. Reduce feeding in fall and winter.

Repot every 1-2 years or when the plant outgrows its pot. Choose a pot that is one size larger and has drainage holes.

Remove any yellow or dead leaves to maintain plant health. Prune to shape the plant or control its size if necessary.

Watch for common pests like spider mites, aphids, and mealybugs. Treat with insecticidal soap or neem oil if needed.

Best propagated through division or stem cuttings. Ensure each division has a few leaves and a portion of the root system. Root cuttings in moist soil or sphagnum moss.
