The polka dot plant (Hypoestes Phyllostachya) is an eye-catching little plant with brightly spotted leaves that stand out. Polka dot are not especially difficult to grow, as long as you give them enough water and humidity.
Where do I come from?
I am native to Madagascar.
Bright, indirect light is ideal. Too much sun thought will burn the leaves and not enough will fade the colour.
Polka Dots like a good amount of moisture in the soil. Avoid letting the soil dry out, which can cause the foliage to wilt and the plant to struggle.
These plants will need humidity, so you can mist the leaves or place its pot on a tray filled with pebbles.
Am I pet friendly?
Unfortunately I am not Pet Friendly
What size am I?
